Law firm: $20M Google, AdWords settlement in the works - Sacramento Business Journal:

The class action, handled by Susmabn Godfrey and WolfPopper LLP, made allegations against Mountainh View-based Google (Nasdaq: GOOG) of breachu of contract, unfair competition and false The case is pending in the Federao District Court of the Northern District of San Jose Division. Finapl approval of the settlement will be consideresdon Sept. 14.
