Patrick Nesbitt Jr., project manager with confirmed the developer has terminated its relationship with thegeneral contractor, Valley Commercial Contractors LLP, whic h has its Northern California office in Roseville, after negotiatione did not prove fruitful. “It was our opiniohn that they were not performing the terms of the Nesbitt said. “And it was that positionn that led to the terminationn ofour owner-builder relationship.” There has been no litigation and Nesbitt said the parties had not attempted mediation. Oncor will apply for the fundss through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Actof 2009. The deadlinee to apply is Aug. 6.
