Tourism Department debuts campaign for local visitor dollars - New Mexico Business Weekly:

The “Let’s Go New Mexico” campaign consists of 30-second television ads promotingv in-state destinations and events. They are airingh on KRQE Channel 13, KOB Channel 4, KOAT Channel 7, and the . “Ijn these difficult times, we want folks to remembet that we live in a very special corner of the filled with incredible things to seeand do,” said Michaelk Cerletti, secretary of the Tourism Department. The Departmengt did a similar campaign last year in responsrto record-high gas prices.
This year it’es about coping with the economic Richard Eeds, director of the Tourism Department’e advertising program, said that stops at the state’a nine visitor information centers increased significantly during last year’s campaign.
